St. Mary's Health Partners With
St. Mary’s Health System announced Aug. 26 that it is formally partnering with Daviess Community Hospital in Daviess County, Ind. The health systems will work together to implement clinical pathways and protocols for enhanced patient care and improved care coordination. St. Mary’s Health and Daviess Community Hospital will provide fully integrated specialty services to the Daviess County area, and will coordinate perinatal and trauma care between the two systems.
St. Mary’s is a member of Ascension, the nation’s largest Catholic and non-profit health system.

Both systems will remain independent while working collectively with one another, physicians, clinicians and other providers to deliver exceptional care for Washington and the surrounding area.
Daviess Community Hospital is a not-for-profit, county-owned 74-bed facility that includes acute care, OB, intensive care, inpatient rehabilitation and behavioral health. The facility also owns and operates medical clinics in Loogootee, Odon and Washington, including a quick-care clinic. All locations incorporate state-of-the-art procedures and equipment that complement their extensive offering of services and programs.
With a medical staff of more than 750 physicians, St. Mary’s Health specializes in cardiac, surgical, orthopedic, rehabilitation, neurosciences, women’s, children’s, seniors, emergency and trauma services.
