All Saints

Angie Johnson, principal at St. James School, Haubstadt, writes, “Thank you to everyone who made our special All Saints Day activities possible.

“Father Betz, Father Tony and Father Sudhakar and several parent helpers joined us as we met in our school families and celebrated the holiday a few days early.

“Each of the 10 school families learned about their patron saint and received a holy card. Family crests were designed and created by each family, we learned about holy relics, practiced singing some new church songs, and even had a visit from St. Catherine Laboure (Colleen Kiesel), who told us about the Miraculous Medal.

“Every student received a Miraculous Medal of their own!”
