World Youth Day

Some of the Dubois County youth who will attend World Youth Day 2016 entertain attendees before the start of the Nov. 13 dinner and auction that raised funds for their trip to Poland.

Approximately 150 people attended a Nov. 13 dinner and auction hosted by St. Joseph Parish in Jasper. The event benefited Dubois County young people who will attend World Youth Day 2016 in Krakow, Poland. Father Biju Thomas, Associate Pastor of St. Mary Parish in Huntingburg, was the featured speaker. In addition to tables full of silent-auction items, a live auction after the dinner made each young person available for eight hours of work.
