Summer Social Addition

We missed one, and we apologize. Here are the details for Good Shepherd Parish’s 2016 Summer Social. It will be Thursday-Saturday June 23-25 at Good Shepherd, 2301 north Stockwell Road, Evansville, IN 47715.  The grounds will be open 5–10 p.m. CT nightly; fried chicken and pork chop dinners with  homemade chicken and dumplings and all the trimmings will be served from 5-7 p.m. CT nightly in an air-conditioned facility, and carry-out will be available. Dinner prices are  $10 for adults, and  $5 for children ages 4-12. The social also will have rides and games for all ages, food booths, used book and media sale, a silent auction and luck-of-the-draw baskets, quilt raffles, nightly Texas hold-‘em tournaments and cash bingo from 7p.m. to 9 p.m. CT in an air-conditioned facility; Colossal cash raffle tickets will be $10 each or three for $25; Sunday, June 26, Texas Hold-‘Em tournament at 1 p.m. CT on June 26. There also will be Bingo on June 26 with $1,000 payouts for all special (no additional buy-in); doors open for bingo at 4 p.m. Call 812-477-5405 for more information.
