Holy Trinity Catholic School Principal Tyler Lemen has announced that Jasper native Jenna M. Seng is joining the staff as Assistant Principal, effective for the 2016-17 school year.

Seng and her husband Anthony, who works for Jasper Engines & Transmissions in Jasper, attended Holy Family School in Jasper from kindergarten through eighth grade. She is a 2004 graduate of Jasper High School.

Seng went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Purdue University in 2008, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Counseling Education in 2012 from Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis. She recently earned her License in School Administration from Indiana University.

For the past two school years, Seng served as guidance counselor at Dexter Elementary School in Evansville. She served Seymour High School in Seymour, Ind., in the same position during the 2012-13 and 2013-14 school years.

"I look forward to working with Jenna in her new role as Assistant Principal for Holy Trinity Catholic School,” Lemen said. “Her work experience in student management, school data analysis, special education and school safety – along with her devotion to the Catholic faith – will serve our students and families very well."

“My Catholic school education has made me who I am today,” Seng said “I am excited to devote my time and experience to serving the needs of the students, families and staff of Holy Trinity Catholic School.”

Holy Trinity recently completed its first year as the Catholic school serving all of Dubois County. Lemen served as the school’s assistant principal in 2015-16, and he recently replaced Sally Sternberg as principal. Sternberg has joined the Diocesan Catholic Schools Office as Assistant Superintendent.
