JEANSTRONG

Judy VanHoosier, principal at Good Shepherd School in Evansville, writes, “The response in supporting Jean Dollison and her family by purchasing and wearing a JEANSTRONG wristband has been amazing.

“Over $1,100 has been donated as a result. But you are not done yet! Remember there is a challenge! A few pictures have been received, but we need more. Here are the details:

“Gather your family, friends, co-workers, or classmates/students, and a camera!

“Prepare a scripture verse of encouragement, hope, strength, etc., on paper or poster board.

“Have someone wearing a JEANSTRONG wristband, someone making a ‘strong’ pose (something like flexing muscles), and someone holding the scripture.

“Print the picture and forward to Good Shepherd Church or School Office. Or e-mail the file to: mykealwigger@sbcglobal.net

“Wristbands are still available in the parish and school offices.”

Dollison is a parish secretary at Good Shepherd Church. She continues to recuperate from a November car accident.
