Diocesan Schools Earn High Grades In Accountability

By

Nineteen of the Diocese of Evansville’s 26 Catholic schools earned an A in the Indiana Department of Education’s 2015-2016 accountability grading. A full list of our schools, by deanery, and their grades appears below.

"Ensuring the success of our students requires a commitment of the parish, parents, administration, faculty, staff, and most importantly our students,” said Dr. Daryl Hagan, Diocesan Superintendent of Schools. “Congratulations to our Catholic schools on their achievements related to their A-F Accountability grades."

“This year, Indiana implemented a new student-centered school-accountability system utilizing Indiana’s new, more rigorous standards and assessments for the first time,” said Glenda Ritz, Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction. “For those reasons, the 2015-16 school year establishes a new baseline for school accountability grades in Indiana.”
