Father Jason Gries, Pastor of Evansville’s Holy Redeemer Parish, has announced that Tim McIntosh has been named Principal of Holy Redeemer School. He replaces Marianne Webster, who is retiring following completion of the 2016-17 school year.

We are excited that Tim is joining us,” Father Gries said. “He and his wife Lori are active members of Resurrection Parish, and they have four grown children. He brings to us his active Catholic faith as well as many years of service and experience as an effective principal. I know that he will do well with our teachers and staff to continue building upon the ministry and many blessings of our Catholic school here at Holy Redeemer.”

McIntosh is 1983 graduate of the University of Evansville. He earned a Master’s Degree in athletic administration from the University of Wyoming and a Master’s in Secondary Supervision from Indiana State University.

He served the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation as Principal of Helfrich Park STEM Academy for 13 years. He also has served as adjunct professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

“I am also undeniably thrilled to have an opportunity to work with exceptional students, staff and families at Holy Redeemer,” McIntosh said. “The Catholic-based education principles, outstanding educational programs, and spiritual experiences that Holy Redeemer School provides to its students are admirable. I very much look forward to being a small part of a challenging and caring environment that develops students to be the finest they can be and shows them that there are no limitations to their abilities – while understanding that faith, family and hard work will provide them the foundation to realize their goals and dreams. Go Rockets!”

“We thank Marianne Webster for her years of ministry and leadership as our principal at Holy Redeemer,” Father Gries added. “I know that Mr. McIntosh will build upon that great foundation, working well with the teachers and staff to continue the wonderful ministry of Catholic education here at Holy Redeemer.”
