Special Needs Anglers Enjoy A Day Of Fishing

Knights of Columbus Council 10257 staged its 18th annual Special Needs Fishing Tournament on May 20 at Lake Last Cast near Degonia Springs, Ind. Fifty six angers combined to land 243 fish that measured a total of 1,582 inches. A 25-inch catfish was big fish of the day.

All anglers received prizes after the fishing concluded. Members of the Junior Civitans in Newburgh and junior leaders from Warrick County 4H joined the Knights, their families, and Ed and Peggy Coburn as volunteers for the outing.
