Father Crispine Adongo Is Incardinated To The Diocese Of Evansville

On July 26, Father Crispine Adongo, administrator pro tempore of Precious Blood Parish in Jasper, became incardinated as a priest of the Diocese of Evansville. He had served as a priest of Glenmary Home Missioners since his ordination in 2012. 

Father Adongo, 37, is a native of Kenya. He began serving as a missionary priest in the Diocese of Evansville in September 2014, when he was named Associate Pastor of Evansville’s Holy Rosary Parish. He became Associate Pastor of Nativity Parish in Evansville, continuing his assignment with Holy Rosary, in January 2015. He was named Associate Pastor of st. Joseph Parish in Jasper in June 2016. In June of this year, Father Adongo was named Administrator Pro Tempore of Precious Blood Parish in Jasper.
