Parishes Celebrate Corpus Christi Sunday

For the first time in more than 50 years, St. Isidore the Farmer Parish held a Corpus Christi procession on June 3 at St. Celestine Catholic Church in Celestine, pictured, and St. Raphael Church in Dubois. Pastor Father Eugene Schmitt carried the monstrance to four altars at St. Celestine and one at St. Raphael. “To see all the people who actually wanted to participate — it turned out to be a great blessing,” said Deacon Mike Seibert of Dubois. “It’s a great way to celebrate.”
