Deacon Dave Seibert, pastoral life coordinator at St. Theresa Church in Evansville, writes, “May is the month that we especially honor Mary, Mother of God, who is Mother to us all as well.”

Mary, he said, “models for us the importance of faith and trust in God. Mary may have been scared, but she also had complete trust in God to see her through.”

Grant for biographies

Courtney Ethridge, a language arts teacher at Resurrection School in Evansville, has received a grant from the Rotary Club of Evansville and the Love Foundation. The $423.81 grant is for implementing "Biographies: Do you Really Know These People?"
