Can you evangelize without saying a word?

Parishioners at St. Peter Parish in Montgomery say, “Yes.”

Greg Traylor explains, “At St. Peter Church we designed a T-shirt to help evangelize without saying a word.

“The back of the shirt says, ‘It's time that you come home to the . . . ’ (with an arrow pointing to the front) and the front of the shirt says, ‘ . . . Catholic Church. St. Peter Catholic Church where you are always welcome.’

"We took orders for these shirts and had over 90 orders,” Traylor said. “We are now going to pick a day and ask everyone to wear their shirt on that day together.”

He noted that the shirts are Irish green, which is the favorite  color of their pastor, Father Jim Koressel.

The shirts were ordered from The Game Plan in Montgomery.
