Go Ms. G!

St. Benedict Cathedral School teacher Maria Gramelspacher thanks students, faculty and staff for the surprise send-off they arranged for her on Sept. 30 at the Evansville school. Gramelspacher left on Oct. 1 for Kona, Hawaii, where she will compete on Oct. 8 in the Ironman World Championship. The triathlon includes a 2-mile swim, 112-mile bicycle race and a full 26.2-mile marathon. Gramelspacher qualified by finishing second in a Triathlon held in Louisville, Ky.  “Ms. G” high-fives students as they leave the special assembly.
